Overview
Cold Outreach lets you import prospect lists from any source and send hyper-personalized cold emails. Unlike warm customer outreach, cold outreach targets new prospects who haven't purchased from you yet.

Plan Required
Cold email features require a Growth or Lifetime plan. Free tier users can import contacts but cannot send emails.
Import Sources
Import prospect lists from various sources:

Email Selection Logic
When a CSV contains multiple emails per row, the system:
- Validates all emails - Removes malformed addresses
- Filters service emails - Removes monitoring/webhook addresses
- Scores remaining emails - Prioritizes business emails
- Selects the best - Uses the highest-scored email

Using Enrichment Data
When metadata is available, AI leverages it for better emails:

Faster Analysis
When rich metadata exists, AI can skip web research:
- With metadata: Analysis completes in ~5 seconds
- Without metadata: Analysis takes ~15-30 seconds (web research)
Importing from sources like TrustMRR with complete data significantly speeds up the analysis process.
Cold Email Workflow
1. Import Contacts
- Go to Cold Emails section
- Click Import CSV
- Upload your prospect list
- Review field mapping and options
- Confirm import
2. Analyze Contacts
- Select contacts to analyze
- Click Analyze Selected
- AI generates:
- Company research
- Outreach hook
- Personalized email draft
3. Review and Send
- Review generated emails
- Edit if needed
- Send individually or in batch
Best Practices
Quality Over Quantity
Import targeted prospects rather than large untargeted lists. Higher-quality data leads to better AI personalization.
Enrich Your Data
The more metadata you provide, the better AI can personalize. Revenue and description are especially valuable.
Filter Before Import
Clean your CSV before importing. Remove obviously irrelevant contacts to save credits.
Review AI Output
Always review generated emails. AI uses your data but may need adjustments for specific situations.
